Reservation Policy - Terms

Children: All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. 1 child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. An extra bedding should be requested to be confirmed. 

Pets: No pets allowed in our complex.

To finalize a reservation, we kindly ask our visitors, an advance payment equal to 30% of the total cost of their stay, within 3 days of the finalization of the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy, in accordance with the Law, is as follows:

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. 

If cancelled 21 days to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% fee of the advance payment will be charged.

If cancelled or modified later, 50% of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

In cases of departure before the scheduled date, you are charged 50% of all the cost when it is done 3 days before, otherwise 100% of the total cost.

The price is per room, per weight.

V.A.T. And service is included in the price.
